My name is Kurt, and I am the founder of Move Magic Stretch & Recovery.

From my years of experience working as a trainer and bodywork specialist for individuals of all ages, occupations, and body types, I have developed a signature technique that combines assisted stretching, traditional therapeutic massage, and various clinical modalities. My holistic approach has delivered exceptional results for my clients, both in the short and long term.

As a husband and father of three, staying active and mobile is my top priority. I understand firsthand the challenges posed by debilitating injuries and the limitations caused by inflexibility. Having been both an athlete and a patient, I have a unique perspective that allows me to relate to my clients on a personal level. I firmly believe that proper and consistent bodywork is life-changing.
